How do I obtain my certificate after completing a course?
After completing a course, simply click on the “Print Certificate” icon at the top of the course page. After a very brief evaluation of the course survey, your certificate will be available to print or save as a PDF.
Before starting a course and obtaining a certificate, ensure that you have enrolled in one of our one-year, two-year, or lifetime unlimited course plans to be able to log in and print or save your CEU certifications.
Where will I find my course certificates if I would like to print them at a later time?
Completed course certificates are available to print from your account’s Transcripts page at any time. We store most certificates indefinitely but, in all cases, certificates are stored no less than four years. Certificates can also be printed immediately after course completion by clicking the “Print Certificate” button on the course page.
How do I get my CE certificates when using my mobile phone?
Course certificates are easy to obtain from your mobile device. You can print certificates directly from your phone via a WiFi or Bluetooth-connected printer, or you may choose to have IvyLeagueNurse email you a PDF version of your certificate to the email address you have on file.
Can I print/download all of my certificates at one time?
Yes. On your account’s “Transcripts page”, you can opt to download specific - or all - of your completed course certificates at one time.
May I access my course certificates if my account has expired?
Yes. You may access all prior completed course certificates even if your account is not active.
What nursing CEU course plans do you currently offer?
IvyLeagueNurse strives to make obtaining your nursing CE credits online quick and simple. You may choose a One-Year, Two-Year, or Lifetime Plan with the One-Year Plan option starting at just $19.99. Each plan may be renewed automatically if you choose.

Can I adjust my subscription plan?
After logging in, you may make adjustments to your plan and/or your option to auto-renew your plan in your account settings area.
Are there exams to take for each course?
Some states with certain nursing licenses require examinations and others do not. The default for most users is ‘no exam.’ We implement a very short evaluation of completed courses which is used to further refine content and offerings to your specific needs.
May I request a refund?
Yes. If you have not completed courses to their certifications, we are happy to refund your purchase. We want all users to be satisfied with their service and encourage all course-takers to contact us online if there are any concerns we might be able to address.
Do you have a phone number I can call and speak to someone?
